Frequently asked questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF, drag the page thumbnails into the new order, and save. The pages themselves are not re-compressed, so they look the same.
Can I insert a blank page into a PDF?
Yes. Each page has a button to add a blank page after it, which is useful for double-sided printing.
Can I combine pages from two PDFs in a custom order?
Yes. Use Add another PDF, then drag its pages between the pages of the first document. To simply join whole files end to end, Merge PDF is quicker.
Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
Yes. Bookmarks that point to kept pages, and form fields on them, are kept; bookmarks to deleted pages are dropped. The title and author are kept too.
Do I need an account to rotate or reorder pages?
No. Every action is free and needs no sign-up.
Is organizing done on my device?
Yes. The PDF is rearranged in your browser and is not uploaded.
What you can do per page
A typical fix: a document scanned front sides first, then back sides. Add both scans here, drag the pages into 1, 2, 3 order, rotate any upside-down ones, and save one PDF.
